Wandle Road (Pay & Display multi-story) or Surrey Street (Pay at machine before exit, cards accepted) . Surrey Street car park level 4 exits to a bridge crossing Surrey Street and entering High Street a few shops from Number 42.
Nearest train station: East Croydon (0.3 mile)
From East Croydon station turn right and walk down George Street crossing Wellesley Road . Mind the trams and buses. Turn left at the junction with High Street (at Jessops Photographic). Pass the cinema and number 42 is on your right.
Trains from London Victoria and London Bridge are frequent. The service is on the mainline to Gatwick and Brighton.
