Global Croydon: Mapping our communities

Global Croydon is an exciting new project that will celebrate the cultural diversity of Croydon’s heritage, and use this to raise awareness and understanding of global interdependence from the local level.

The project will engage with local community groups to celebrate their unique cultural heritage through the significance of place. These places will be transferred onto a Global Croydon map of the borough, which will in turn encourage an understanding of local to global issues, local heritage and increased development awareness with local schools.
