version of Global Eye magazine for secondary schools. Since
Autumn 2000, Global Eye Primary was added as a separate resource
specifically written for the 7-11 age group. Funded by DFID
and written by Worldaware and other contributors, each edition
focuses on one developing country and a development issue to
address curriculum needs in Geography, Citizenship and ICT. |

Global Express – introductory pack
This pack contains four editions of the rapid response information
series for schools on world events in the news, such as flooding,
GM crops and refugees. It is designed to give students a deeper
understanding of the news item and will help them challenge commonly
held myths and stereotypes about countries and people in the news.
Each edition is a ten page teaching pack of views, quotes, eye-witness
accounts and up-to-date facts for teachers on global events. It
includes activities and curriculum links suitable for 7-14 year
