1. Having looked at the Awards Categories and chosen one or more awards that you would like to enter your company/organisation for, please complete the entry form below.
   Entry is free.
   ALL ENTRIES TO BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH
   
   If you have any difficulty in completing the form, or would prefer to have a copy of the application form sent out to you, please contact Worldaware, where we will be happy to assist with any queries.

2. Please send a project outline. This should be a summary of each project being submitted specifying how it meets the criteria for each category entered (For more information on what to include in your project outline click here).
   
3. Please supply us with the names of 2 independent referees, with contact tel/fax/email (e.g. diplomatic representatives, government officials, international agency staff, specialists, academics etc.)
   
4. Please send 3 copies of the latest Annual Report and Audited Accounts, for each category entered.

Please remember your application cannot be considered until you have sent a project outline and details of referees by mail to:
