You must send to Worldaware under separate cover the following documentation. Without this documentation the application is not complete.

• Summary of each project being submitted specifying how it meets the criteria for each category entered (Please note information to be included)
• Names of two independent referees, with contact tel/fax/email (e.g. diplomatic representatives, government officials, international agency staff, academics)
• For each category entered, 4 copies of the latest Annual Report and Audited Accounts
