Will be given to a company whose commercial activity has actively fostered an environment that allows socially, economically and environmentally sustainable development to take place in a community.

Will be given to a company with not more than 100 employees for commercial activity which has contributed to viable economic development in a community.

Will be given for the effective transfer of English language skills and knowledge which directly contribute to sustainable development.

E The DTI Award for Capacity Building in the Commonwealth

Will be given to a company or organisation which has established sustainable processes which spread and deepen practical understanding of the global trading system in developing Commonwealth countries, particularly where this fosters co-operation between the public and private sectors.

F The Worldaware Award for Innovation

Will be given to a company or organisation which has developed an innovative idea in, for example, medicine, technology, education or finance, with the proven potential to make a significant contribution to socially, economically or environmentally sustainable development.
